just loungen playa, tryna keep worken on my 1 min chart gold algo, takes soo much of my time tryna grid it properly with controlled risk based off all these wild moves we've had the last year + 
other then that, its a simple rinse an repeat life style, stay up late watchen charts, wake up early watchen charts (but not trading manual Lol)
spend hours a day in the gym / hot yoga
and then my fav part, eating
