Matty: I can only hope to actually see forward moving progress, an uplist and information released from the company...this year for IHAI. (Hopefully very soon) I agree that provided the product to be real, the PSGS could take Carmil Energy & Innovative Holdings Alliance, Inc to a fairly reasonable share price as well. I also agree that the silence is in fact very deafening for those that want to see so much to come to fruition. I'm quite sure that 1 yr is plenty of time to devise a forward moving plan/action. 1 yr is also plenty of time to be able to come up with some sort of viable information to release to the followers.

My understanding of the troubles faced by Michael Mills and Chris Winter have hopefully soon become a memory/time of the past. I would assume that for financial reasons, things either start moving soon for Carmil Energy or something will need to change very soon. There is only so long that a said company can keep a product of such great potential in the dark for only so long. (My opinion)

For financial reasons I would be lead to believe that their own finances (M. Mills & C. Winter) have been used to perform all the required tasks to date. Therefor needing this entire process to move forward as soon as possible. The said contracts that have been secured (to move forward on) would hypothetically only have a "given" window before they would go into default, right? And since it's almost been 1 yr to date, that the clean shell Innovative Holdings Alliance, Inc., has been formed. One would be left to believe that something should begin to happen very soon.

As you know, I'm not one to agree with the "required period of silence" before something is to happen with a company. A company can choose to/not to release information as they see fit (in the pinksheet world).

One thing I would like to point out is this. There hasn't been any dilution of shares of any sort (after IHAI evolved from IHSN). There being no dilution is the key in my opinion, on any level. With no dilution of shares, an uplisting to OTCQB (or which ever level the company uplists to), and continuous release of contracts/production/revenue information...the sky could be the limit for a very strategic, implemented, forward moving strategy/company/share price. Even if you go back to every time the SP moved, it did not take a whole lot of shares being bought at the next level to allow the SP to move upward so quickly. (if you don't believe me, go back and do the research) the share price would move through blocks of 50k-300k on up to the next one and eventually hit 11.4c with very little trouble. That is ONE example to help my supporting opinion of the ability of the SP to reach a fairly reasonable level. Imagine a movement like that on REAL and viable news release.... 0.75c - $1.25 movement in a day of the open market would be a piece of cake or a warm welcomed slice of humble pie...in my opinion.

Again, these are my thoughts and outlook. Take them as you will.
