With all the yammering on the other board about whose fault it is that Katrina wreaked such havoc in New Orleans, here's a summary of a desk-top study that apparently got no senior politico's attention -- if they even bothered to study the study -- since clearly nothing was done either to prepare or be able to mobilize instantly. There was plenty of time to do both, contrary to what some claim.

Bush has a saying: "I am Daddy War-bucks but I 'preciate your pain." (as he rearranges his smirk into a sympathetic, furrowed brow, quivering lip, eyes downcast distressed expression)

He has truly become a very bad joke to the rest of the world. This is just his latest.
