Sounds no different than the vapor cigarettes you can buy at most convenience stores...Oh! And Walmart. Most contain a chemical substance (nicotine) you inhale into your lungs!! I don't beleive they have been FDA approved...I could be wrong; wouldn't be the first time! Hence, they do not claim to be a "cure" for anyhting.

Just like the vitamin and herbal world, I believe RFMK has stated they are not representing anything as a "cure"!! That is the key in dealing with FDA approval requirements!!

There are many medicines or should I say chemical substances, produced by the pharms that are adminitered through inhaling that have been FDA approved. Some of which are harmful with long term use, or have severe side effects. But there is big money in it for politicians who have a strong influence over the FDA.
