Thanks for an adult response...others are not. Not sure I buy into it all.
To tell you the truth, the introduction of anything but clean air into the lungs, isn't very smart. (A COPD patient that will die gasping)
I don't see this method being better for the lungs, no matter what anyone on the internet says.
