Garmendia Gold!!

As some of you know, we have found out fairly recently through share sale contracts provided by CEO William Lieberman that Juan Andres Bazan Garmendia is a part owner of CLIL (MMTE's Chilean Subsidiary. The details of this deal are only surmised at this point, but near as I can tell it looks as though Juan Gamrmendia received 10 shares in the transaction to acquire these concessions. It looks like his name appears on so far 30 of those records. CLIL has an ownership stake in 9 concessions.

It is also worthy to note that Juan Garmendia's concessions all show according to official Chilean records as "En Tramite" (In Process of registration ususally meaning they are in the midst of changing ownership, it is also worthy to note that Garmendia has just as recently as last week added 1 concession to his name, giving him a total of 32 concessions.

Dii Dii revealed just recently that Juan Garmendia is a principal at Norte Chico Mining, a mining company responsible for Copper Mining near current Garmendia concessions (See Map).

It is my firm belief that Juan Garmendia struck a deal giving him part ownership in CLIL's lithium concessions whereby his Copper and Gold concessions can be a part of CLIL's parent MMTE's bigger picture. If CLIL has a part ownership stake in Garmendia's concessions as he has in CLIL's we may be looking at two subsidiary's for our newly formed mineral company (TTXP?)

Now lets get to the Gold!
In this image you will see that Garmendia's concessions are quite close to if if not within current gold projects. Yes, Garmendia has concessions that will mine the copper and gold rich iron ore.



Here is an outline of what those projects are, you can actually seen Andacollo and El Arrayan operations with alterations!



The Big Picture
Yes it is possible that MMTE's concessions sit on gold. They are definitely in a world class lithium salar already.

Notice the close proximity to known Copper and Gold regions.

Iron ore in the marked regions is being exploited for both Copper and Gold.



What does it all mean.
If this proves true, CLIL and GARMENDIA concessions could value into the multi million dollar range. Lithium, potash, Copper, and Gold. We know the lithium is worth millions, now add in the possibility for the Copper and Gold, huge big time value.
