He was given a misdemeanour fine for selling mislabeled products that were found ot have synthetic steroids. BB.com is a retailer, not a manufacturer.
Those mislabeled products were actually counterfeit knockoffs that he and his brother unknowingly bought from a seller, thinking they got a good price on a great brand.
I took the liberty of looking this up and yeah, not seeing ONE SINGLE COUNT OF JEREMY SPIKING PRODUCTS.
