Well, your thinking on this is flawed. "NEW" govt contracts were $446k in 2011, yet their revs were over $13 million. They may not show any new govt contracts in 2012, but could show 30 mil revs in 2012. Thats the thing with govt contracts, you may get a contract in 2009 that pays out in 2012. No one knows, including you.
