Here are a couple of questions i would like answered:

1. How do you justify a price increase to even $0.05 with an increased A/S to 5 billion shares? 5,000,000,000 x 0.05 = $250,000,000. That would mean that ASYI would be worth at least $250,000,000 taken in to consideration the reverse merger with KoolTel going through! Do you know how much KoolTel generates in revenues?

2. If assuming the merger is real and very close to happening as stated in the letter of intent to be the latest July 19 2012 at 5pm, why would ASYI dillute heavilly a these low levels of 0.0007-0.0013? Wouldn't it make sense for ASYI to wait for the merger to actualize and sell at much higher levels say 0.01-0.05? They would get much more $ for their shares at those higher prices!

3. If the reverse merger is more likely to happen and say the increase of A/S is restricted as some are saying, then why is the share price on a downtrend since May 21 2012 from 0.0032 to 0.0009?
