I recall that. My understanding that has been taken care of. Try placing an order again and see what gives if you have'nt already. If still no go, try fidelity. You can easily go on line and fund a new account in minutes. Then call in and place a trade. They'll give the online rate. Keep in mind if you decide to sit at the bid and mmtc moves up you'll have to call them back each time. In other words it is best to just slap the ask!! Lol
