Geez I get sick to my stomach when I read one of those Eadeish filings. Crammed full of how much money the film industry has made, could make and wants to make. All FLUFF, designed to lure in some more private investors.
But one thing that seem to be a standard entry in the filings is a statement like this:

We may not be able to obtain additional funds that we may require. We do not presently have adequate cash from operations or financing activities to meet our short or long-term needs.
