Spetty, that was certainly fortuitous intuition and market knowledge that you made that smart move to sell at those levels and under those circumstances. That move was yours made on your assessment of how markets work and fortunately for you turned out to be a good move.

I would suggest at that time, that your move made conventional sense, but recall we we're being told daily thAt major,
significant material developments were in the works and soon to carry us to new heights with big time investors expressing all sorts of interest in us, etc., etc.
Everything is relative and there was enough, imo, to say lighten up, which I did, but still hold a core position.

No one has a crystal ball and this is all hindsight. Your move and my move to lighten up at that time could have proven ill advised in retrospect and we both would be looking a little stupid today for our supposed insight and bad 'educated' guess?

But now, for the reasons I've briefly suggested, times may be different, relatively speaking and, for me, it's greatly taken off the lustre and excitement.

Many here have been through far darker days with the company and are still around. And those darker days have now come back to bite us big time.

Do I think we have as much potential to execute various strategies in the months ahead we've recently been looking forward to? The answer to that is no.
Is all hopeless, of course not and i wasn't suggesting that with a careful reading of what I was saying, but there are continued ominous clouds and probably many more surprises and troubling delays for us on the horizon.

Do I think at this time our potential is great to maximize any potential profits on our investment going forward? The answer to that is no, hence the suggestion to divert dollars elsewhere to be working now.

Can ACTC come through this? Good possibility, I guess and that's why i still hold a reasonable position. Am I as excited. No. Are there more promising plays out there. Sure. Is ACTC's science incredibly exciting. Sure, but I would remind you, all the financial and legal stuff notwithstanding, we're still in the early innings of phaseI/II when so may promising biotechs look exciting and promising.

So you do want you want to do and I will as I choose to do and if my posts don't give you enough insights into my feeings, then you may wish to read them again if you're up to others opinions. And if you still are bothered by them, just delete me and live in your world.
