Yes, the PR was appropiate because the last time they released a PR they were thinking of a merger with the gas exploration company. Now they are notifying shareholders that they have changed directions, and filing papers so the merger is imminent with the robotics company.
It is great that the company broke their silence and kept shareholders updated!

Looks like it wont be long now before everything is finalized with the paperwork and then the OTC updated so the CE will be removed. Looking Good!
