It would be the sports governing body to determine that. just because that country has not banned dmaa does not mean the sport has not adopted the ban.. for instance if a country that has a banned product competes against a country with the same product that isnt banned its not an issue.. its the regulations set forth by the sport..

take the Olympics for example.. multiple countries all with different bans allowing and not allowing certain ingredients.. but any competing athlete must adhere to the standards of the IOC and WADA
