Actually, you can alternate trading TZA and TNA every day and not really ever have to trade anything else. I was doing that for some time but it did get kind of boring.

Here's a few more ETF's that I like as well:

ERX/ERY
FAZ/FAS
SLV/ZSL

SPY
QQQ
SSO
