the "someone" is the convertible debt sellers, plain and simply.. it's no secret and no big bad conspiracy to keep the price down.. if the sellers are done before the A/S is maxed then it makes a nice move.. if the A/S increases to accommodate additional shares for more convertible debt, then stick a fork in it..
