MSSI appears to be a shell, as the company moved to re-organize itself after their Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing in 2008. It has been played several times in the past as a shell, for day/week trading, peaking at in the mid .002 ranges on several occasions. As far as who owned it...Telescience (who owned MSSI) was bought by Ventraq in 2009, whereby Dr. Sahay and Robert Murphy, both have extensive experience in communications/marketing (what Ventraq does as a business) I did a profile search for some of the officers for Ventraq and MSSI, and found, although wasn't able to access the page due to being a non-member, that Murphy is still employed by Ventraq, and Darlene Fisher now works for Medical Staffing Solutions, LLC, not INC.

It appears that the info MSSI has on several financial websites, might be the result of the "re-organization" of MSSI in 2008, as it was moved to a more "integrated" web business with reps, rather than having business location, as it did before in Virginia. What is interesting at this point as far as I can tell, and I don't have much invested in this (what I can afford to lose)is that someone or persons have been loading up on MSSI for the past two months, and for the past year, it has been steadily accumulated.

MSSI could be a front end public ticker, for Ventraq, since it is not public, for raising finances here and there when it is played by day traders, based solely on the chart. Yet, that is not confirmed, but is possible, as it has been implied both here and Yahoo boards in 2010.
