IMO they are NOT trying to keep the pps down.Dilution due to past and outstanding convertibles,along with MWWC losing money have DRIVEN the pps down.
Last year about this time we had an O/S of 56mm and an A/S of 100mm.
The contacts are good to PR,but having to sell shares to pay operating expenses has driven down the value and raised the risk IMO.
I still support Mgt. and will continue to buy when I can...ST
