mrsdoubtfire: Most PK penny stocks, including ENTS (fka MMUH), are simply dilution scams to enrich insiders, promoters and others who facilitate the scams. The vast majority of perpetrators are never sanctioned in any way, partly because they are not effectively reported to regulators.

Unfortunately what happened with ENTS/MMUH is extremely common with PK stocks. No PK stock is investment quality and most people who invest even try to play them by swing trading end up losing money.
