Historically speaking, rarely has any company remotely associated with DM filed bankruptcy. Typically they go dark as phar has done only to return sometime later with a reverse split and morph into a new enity. I seriously doubt they have any assets to protect and and very little debt aside possibly owing Wooten back rent which I doubt he would even sue to recover.
