Significant Failures to Deliver No

Seems shorting this was a way to go. When will they cover if they need to? or did they already?

Did a little avg down the other day. Still in red at .105 but waiting. Don't want to wait to long and willing to take a loss if needed. Win some lose some. This one I'm losing at present time but still have expectations of winning.
