Actually, OTCMarkets.com is the entity that gives those designations. Yahoo went through a change recently where every pink; limited, stop sign, and CEs show as OTC now. Yahoo is not reliable in regard to pinks. SPXA hasn't filed financials in a year. They are not an OTCBB stock.
