How long in your experience does it take a company to file Form 10 and have it accepted by SEC?

Let's give IDLM the first month from March 7, 2012 for putting together the myriad details and to finalize the 2011 financials (which go along with the 2010 financials on the registration forms). That would put initial submission at April 7. So, are you saying that in your experience the SEC turns these around in under 2 months?

How about if we compound this a bit with the fact that the SEC never was all that thrilled with the NGLF registration -- claiming Sawarynski was trying to register a blank check, which it pretty much appears was what he was doing. Add in submitted financials that then were retracted. Think that might add some time to the review and possible cause for additional documentation/discussion?

Also, did you factor in that IDLM's Form 15 isn't even totally official yet unless the SEC has opted to formally accept it prior to the 90 day deadline for the SEC to block it? Does this alter your timing calculations?

Honestly, folks who think IDLM should have reregistered already pursuant to their March 7 Form 15 are living on a different planet from me.
