I agree with 'floridagrl25' about setting false expectations.

This company, however, is intriguing, if only, because it has an affordable solution for adult children who are concerned about having elderly parents who live alone. If anything, this Medipendant device provides a low-cost way for elderly people to live independently without the fear of falling and getting stuck without anyone around to assist or help.

Perhaps the financials are not available because of the cost of getting an audit done and cash may be tight.

Perhaps the company needs to step up the coordination of corporate marketing with field marketing.

Perhaps it might be time for the CEO to do a 'state-of-the-company' update call.
