Those with ears to Bob's mouth are the ones who always look on the bright side instead of the facts because they think they have an 'in'. They don't realize that Bob is doing that only to suit himself and disseminate the info he wants to seem like insider info. He'd PR anything important if he had anything - hell, he'd profit big time if the sp went up being the top sharehoder - but he needs speculation to cover for the lack of real news or progress. That part he leaves to his minions.
