Yes, I was wondering about that possibility also, which is one reason why I'm reluctant to just sit long (in addition to the overall stock market looking very shaky right now).
A R/S and financing sounds crazy at this point since by my calculations they would have to lose almost 50% ownership of the company to raise $17 mil, or 30% of the company to raise $10 mil. Hopefully that will be the last option. There's no need for that 'nuclear option' when the antibiotic rights are sitting there available for partnering, assuming Nic will in fact partner them. I'm figuring he's working on an ex-US deal.
