In regards to your earlier question about how I purchased 1.12 million shares, I mentioned that I could see the amount of the ask on my Schwab account, but I can only buy 999,999 shares at a time on that account. I did buy 2.9 million in one day there, but it took three seperate buys, back in January.
Today I was buying the 1.12 mm in an IRA, through the broker who manages that IRA. I called him, he placed the order, and it filled in a couple minutes. His company, to remain unnamed, is not a major brokerage, and I don't know if he does more than one buy, but I don't think so, as I watched it fill all at once from my Schwab account, but not through my Schwab account. Hope that clarifies it. I had to wait until midnight to post this, as I used up my three posts for Thursday.
