Whats your point? I assume you are suggesting that all insiders and public shareholders sell their shares? Your stating the obvious but for what purpose? When do you suggest that investors buy their shares? After oil is being pumped and the PPS is at .50 or before oil is being pumped while the PPS is still at .04 or lower?
