GW,
Not only Obama's green energy stubbonness but Keystone XL ans his refusal to be serious about the project.
Natural Gas is at hitorically low prices but can there be 2 ultra mild winters in a row...and Keystone will get signed...
And all of us be patient if you're budget allows...
