Gregory J. Okpych
Chief Executive Officer
Mr.Okpych is a technology industry executive who currently serves as President of RES Systems Inc., a leading provider of solar power solutions for the telecom industry. Mr. Okpych has a broad range of duties, he is charged with growing and developing the companies commercial solar power business. Before joining RES Systems, Mr. Okpych had been the co-founder and Vice President of Operations for Code Shred, a successful document shredding and recycling company that he sold to a multi-billion dollar S&P 500 company to pursue other ventures. They built the company from start-up to a multi-million dollar company in under five years with some of the biggest institutions as clientele. Prior to Code Shred, Mr. Okpych was a Project Manager/Supervisor for J&L Technologies. He was the leader of various fiber optic and wireless cell projects for some of the largest telecom companies. Mr. Okpych graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from St. John's University.
Paul Serluco
Director
Mr. Serluco is a corporate money manager with over twenty seven years experience. As a Business Manager with the Boeing Corporation, his responsibility focused on developing and managing two billion dollar joint ventures with the U.S. Department of Defense. Mr. Serluco was a CFO and General Manager of a $15 million publicly traded a year, award winning financial publishing group based in Orlando. He managed all financial operations including SEC reporting, budgeting, forecasting and investor relations, as well as administrative functions. He was also instrumental in raising capital for the firm. He is an Honors Almna of Temple University (PA) holding BBA and MA degrees in Economics and Finance.
Ileana DiMario

Ms. DiMario is a recognized leader in the telecom industry. As the co-founding partner of Maya Telecom, she built the company from a start-up to over $18,000,000 in sales in less then three years. Maya Telecom was bought out in 2006 by a domestic telecommunications company. Ms. DiMario has over seventy-five citations, awards and industry achievements. Her background includes: an extensive knowledge of switching, transmission, wireless, and point to point microwave equipment, and hands-on experience in heading up the implementation and launch of sales and marketing programs. Her domestic and international client base includ Nokia, Emerson, Verizon, and the Bahamas Telephone Corporation to name a few.
Alan Brani
RES Systems Design Director
Mr. Brani is the company's lead systems engineer designer and is responsible for the design and development of the company's modern energy solutions for it's clients. Over the past 3 years Alan has designed and developed several proprietory products that have been incorporated into the Razor Series. He has been the lead system designer and primary field liason, providing support and recommendations for solutions. With a 15 year background in manufacturing and product development, he is uniquely suited for this emerging sector.
