This is doing what I said it would stay close to $1.5 so APS makes a killing selling brand new shares right off the press and you the shareholders keep hanging in there with the hope of the rally to $3. Lost opportunity while other stocks rally all around. The next bounce play on this should be real good and requires only having cash available.
