Hey danman, so it seems that in February 2011 a certain individual named Shengqun Li, resigned as Chief Executive Officer of BioPharm Asia, Inc.

His place was taken by Xia Yang Hu as its Chief Executive Officer.

It was all made officiall in this document (see below).

Do you suppose that Xia Yang Hu got sick and tired of being told to do things that were not true and decided to call it quit? Do you think that explains why his name never appeared on the last PR? In your opinion who takes responsibility for making all those statements on the last PR?

Based on this analysis don't you think that Chairman Yanhua Han
has a lot to hide from shareholders? If he is such a nice guy, maybe he should put his name on the next PR and tell the truth!
