I guess that makes sense - there has to be a fair amount of work to be done in house though and from what we were told the new building will do this but the machines are then moved to final location(s).

So how long from delivery of the fabricated kilns and towers - it does now seem they were #3 kilns seen entering the plant the other day - to being able to be tested and put into service?

I imagine delivery was delayed due to financing not being available to pay for them so I am sure the new CEO wants to start returning something to the investors.
