I was fighting not to for many reasons....especailly integrity. All the banks were filing in the crash and I had to fund my business with Credit cards at 19% interest rates so I could pay employees. I negotiated better rates and payback process with them, then all of a sudden my wife went to get food from the store and her card declined because the bank went behind my back and changed to terms of our agreement.
I went to the store to pick her up as she was crying and couldn't drive. Within 30 minutes I hired and BK attorney....done was done as done is done.
Less I say I had paid 85% of my principal debt and the banks still wanted to F me over with a 20% interest rate where I was getting in further debt everyday, I negotiated with them, and then they screwed me over behind my back.
I think MSLP may be dealing with a similar issue in regards to freeing themsleves from some debtholder with NO remorse. When I find them....I will handle it the same way I handled my personal issue. enough is enough.
MSLP will NOT file BK, but this issue is definitely sucking the money out of them and making it difficult to move forward.....trueth is I think they have moved on....it's just taking time to see the results on our end.
