I have a feeling there has been a change with the company (ATRN). The fact that Fong is leaving means his job is done. If we look at his past, that's what he does, he goes to a company, does his thing (usually the company being bought out) and leaves to go to another company to do his thing, that's his specialty.

If ATRN has been bought out, the company known as ATRINSIC INC technically no longer exist, which in this case would make sense why Rifkin, Baker and Morris updated their LinkedIn profile to show ATRINSIC as past. They may not have necessarily "left" the company, rather the company may have possibly "changed" and as a result, stating they work for "ATRINSIC" is no longer valid.
