EFactor value to TTDZ Shareholders = 1200% Return

If the ratios and opening share price are accurate within the SEC filings, if someone buys 1,000,000 shares of TTDZ at a price of 0.0017 for an investment of $1,700. Upon EFactor IPO they will add $22,075.2 to there original investment.

TTDZ Shares 1,000,000 / 63.42 = 15,768 Share of EFactor to be issued

EFactor Shares 15,768 * 1.4 opening price = $22,075.2
