Ed...I believe affiliated persons can only "dribble" out their stock. Only a certain amount can be sold each quarter. Not sure what happens after today as Larry and Will will no longer be employees of the company so prior to today I don't think all of either of their shares could be registered. I think the threshold is 10% so that's roughly 160,000 free trading for each.
I doubt the new board would invite a lawsuit for lack of exercising fiduciary responsibilities so it does appear everybody has pure intent with respect to the development of the assets. The price is stagnant because of the uncertainty in my opinion. Nobody really knows what to expect and there has been no communication as to what we should expect. I fully expect that both companies will be rolled up but I also expect that both boards will require a 3rd party fairness opinion.
