Thanks guys for all the great DD posts... I am new to BK's, so this is all very exciting and informational. Hestheman, since you have experience with BK stocks... How does the actual payout happen? Let's say we recieve 50%(face value) for our CT shares which would be $12.50 a share, would we recieve cash or would it be new shares in the company? Are deferred divi's paid out at the same time? Any good examples of other stocks that have had CT trusts that have recieved payouts? Thank you for all your help!!
