Exactly, for the warrants to execute, the share price has to be .10 or .15. Again we are a far cry away from that point currently.

More over, I am of the opinion that it is just another carrot on a stick attempt. But time will tell.

Eitherway the company claims it won't use toxic financing. I guess one should explain the differences...

Toxic financing is when a certain amount of shares are continuously sold at whatever price to maintain either some sort of service or obligation to a third party. Debt spiral financing is what most consider toxic financing. It is a large debt that usually has convertible notes that hit the market at set frequencies. Obviously if the demand is weak this can crush the price per share.

Regardless, the company will HAVE to dilute to finance and continue this supposed j/v and other purposed ideas. But if the share price keeps falling and the company needs money - it will have to dilute and if the demand to buy is as weak as it has been around here as of late... again the companys share price will suffer.

If it becomes too low and they have to sell large blocks of shares to get the money they need... then an r/s could likely occur once the O/S is maxed out.

Time will tell, I've become more and more skeptical of ANY stock anymore and especially any pinky. GDSM to me has been nothing but another pump with the same kind of individuals running around on it.

My post is my opinion only. Manage your own risk.
