Katrina was part I of the "Oil Storm" TV movie.
Part II was OBL attack on Saudi Oil.
Part III was diversion of oil being sent
to America by Russia to China (who offered
to pay more).
It was nasty... the only difference was
that "Katrina" hit Houston... causing
similar massive oil disruption.
