You yourself can decide whether or not it is true, because it is an opinion formed a month ago by someone promoting his own website.

It was more than a little creepy for the author of the article to post on this board about how he "found" an interesting analysis of ICPA online when he wrote it.

If you agree with the author and think that ICPA's PPS will go down when you plan to sell, then sell now. Simple. We're all here for different reasons and I have no intention of selling my core position for a few quarters. I may trade a few 100K shares for profit in the mean time. You stated you have been long since January.. are your shares not free by now? If you're worried, sell. You WILL find buyers.
