Scott replied to me with a very similar email on Friday

*********************************************

Peter,

I planned ahead. I hold 26,600,000 Preferred Class-A shares with a convertible note. I will use my own shares under an SB-1 to raise the $4M from an already existing and ready investment group. This will NOT dilute the share structure, and we can build OxyView and OxyAlert Units, as well as pay for the advertising and marketing for those two products. Secure Balance is already selling and continues to add earnings to IGTN, as well as pay for all the expenses and more.

Tell me what you think ?

Mr Sand

I hold a sizable position in your company

You recently announced a possible acquistion
How are you planning on financing this purchase
Your current share structure does not seem to be capable of financing this operation as
the majority of the the authorised shares are either issued / issued and restricted.

Are you planning on increasing the number authorised?
Do you have another financing option?

Regards
