OK Lets take a Serious Look!

S-1 Filing were 2011 revenues, reached $3.7 billion

Sub-Penny Comming No Doubt!!

You See all These Insider Trades? Open your trading platform and look at each one the new reports saying insiders are buying is true however what they dont say is each buy has a sell on same form for greater than the buy. They are dumping from the inside!!

Then your 3.7 Billion profit they will be paying back to shareholders in Lawsuits did you count the lawsuits so far? well here is just one quote:

The complaints charge Facebook, certain of its officers and directors, and underwriters of the IPO with violations of the Securities Act of 1933. The actions allege that the Registration Statement and Prospectus issued with the IPO were false because they did not disclose that the Company experienced a reduction in revenue growth, and that underwriters lowered revenue guidance during Facebook's road show.

On May 18, 2012, Facebook's Prospectus became effective and Facebook sold 421 million shares to the public at $38, for total proceeds of more than $16 billion. Shares of Facebook fell 18% over the following two trading days to close at $31 on May 22, 2012, amid revelations about the lowered guidance.

Do the math now that a 2.8 billion drop due to false information in a class action lawsuit ....Just one of many......HMMMMM

And the Share structure......Are you kidding me?!?!?!?!

2.1 Billion Outstanding???????

3.7 Billion you mentioned divided by 2.1 Billion outstanding

gives you about $1.76 per share. Now that does include counting overhead for all the servers and employees needed to maintain one of the worlds largest NO FEE social networks!!! Then let go with the exoberant lawyer fees he will now need for all the lawsuits weather he wins or loses.

Strike one: Lied about revenues
Strike two: Lawsuits out the Wazoo
Strike three: Huge overhead with no fee service
Strike Four: Misleading PR's about insider buying when really selling
Strike five: Huge Share structure
Strike six: Lawyer fees

Totally a Sub-Penny scam ......Heck I have seen Better Scams By Sub Penny Companies.....This was not evena good attempt!!

I will buy around .005 per share and sell around a nickel!!
