As I understood it....yes to all the above. They are being proactive in order to eliminate any delay in the future. The equipment shipped last night is not needed to drill now. You are correct...that equipment has already been shipped. Inspection and set up is what we're waiting on. Belize will drill in the next week to ten days. ~ TECO
