Yes and with lawsuits pending and the negative outlook from the IPO you need to realize that this is totally going to sub-penny land.

consider all the other undervalue stocks that go subpenny all the time. This will not be the first it might be the quickest to sink but it is not the first.....They blew the publics first impression and they knew it....This is biggest scam since enron!
