Look at it this way, they are either Genius or Ignorant. I personally think they are ignorant.

Twiddle Dee and Twiddle Dumb remind me of managers(everyone knows one) who are so hung up on themselves that they refuse to admit their faults and or learn from mistakes.They also refuse to take advice.

So when things get bad and ugly, they put the blinders on and continue to operate as usual and dig themselves into a bigger hole.

These types will never take advice from shareholders because they know best and they are smarter than you and I.
