There is no certainty in any of the APS plays. I see this pattern EVERY time,.. the play languishes and everyone says it will go down as the worst APS play in history. However the doom and gloom is rarely litte more than fear. This play may very well go no where and APS will end up eating their own words. However, given the history of APS I would say that isn't the case. Anyone who says they know exactly where this play is heading is a fool. The truth of the matter is I don't even know where this is going,. I just know the history of APS and history states that this is far from done!
