Bought by Terrill W. Reeb Jr.:
http://tampa.blockshopper.com/search?f=homeowners&q=Terrill+W+Reeb+Jr who still owns it, along with several other neighborhood properties and a wood floor business. Which means "Mr. Anderson" is renting the crap-hole. I'd be more concerned if he LIVES there than renting it as a mailbox for an empty shell.
