Which financials have to be audited? I doubt the 1st qtr will be. In general, yes financials need to be correct. But in real practice very often mistakes are corrected the following month. Any significant mistakes of course need to be corrected during the current period. Being that KMAG has a new CFO, it's true there could be a time delay but it shouldn't be very long. I'm a retired accountant of 25 yrs. (been there and done that)
