Macho,

I have not asked for any details about this change - for everyone here I will check on it with the people who know.

My personal assessment - Scott Haire is 100% aware and focused on the new value and future growth potential that VHGI has secured from
its new Management members. The change he is making in his public position is strictly categorical and so his overall continuing involvement will not be effectively reduced or changed.
